2023 Vendor Information

Date: Saturday, September 9, 2023

Setup: 10:00AM - 11:30AM  |  Tear Down: 7:00PM

NEW LOCATION: 3800 Morrison Road

(between Osceola Street and Meade Street)

APPLICATION DEADLINE: MONDAY, JULY 31, 2023

 

 

 

Setup and tear down times will be discussed with food and drink vendors on an individual basis.

 

  • Vendors purchase 10’ by 10’ spaces and are responsible for tent, table, chairs, power, and displays.

  • Vendors must securely weight tents with no less than 40 lbs. per tent leg - total 160 lbs.

  • Vendors are responsible for set up and tear down. 

  • Street parking available nearby in surrounding neighborhood.

  • Vendors required to show proof of General Liability Insurance naming BuCu West as additional insured.

  • Trash: Vendors are responsible for providing a trash receptacle for booth. There will be a trash location specified on site to dispose of trash during event and after. It is the vendors responsibility to keep booth clean during the festival and leave site as they found it. 

  • Sales Tax Info: As business owners, it is your responsibility to collect and submit the appropriate sales taxes to the state and federal agencies for this given location.

  • Food Vendors: Additional information and permitting requirements will be provided after you are accepted to the festival. Note, food vendors are NOT permitted to sell any soda, water, beer or cocktails. If you have a unique beverage offering please reach out to Events@bucuwest.com to discuss options. 

  • Food Vendors must have the following Licenses: (cooking or preparing food for sale)

    • Sales/Used Tax​ License

    • Temporary Restaurant License

    • Denver Fire Permit

  • Food Trucks must have the following Licenses:

    • Sales/Used Tax License

    • Retail Food Mobile License

    • Denver Fire Permit

  • Acceptance and Cancellation: Vendors will be notified by email if your booth application has been accepted. Food vending opportunities are limited, so get your application in early. No refunds will be given after August 18, 2023. No refunds will be given if the event is cancelled due to weather related issues or other causes. 

  • Vendor payments are required at the end of the online application (cc-online payments). Payments must be submitted to complete your vendor application. 

  • Local artist residing in 80219 and applying for Marketplace vendor space? Connect with us for a resident discount.
